Compensation: Competitive base, commission, and equity participation

Role

As an Agent, you will steward a roster of talent, guide brand relationships, and shape long-term career strategy. You’ll collaborate across our network to build thoughtful, high-impact opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Curate and develop a multi-vertical talent roster

  • Structure and close brand partnerships, sponsorships, and campaigns

  • Nurture enduring relationships with clients and brand partners

  • Share insights and opportunities with fellow agents and managers

  • Contribute to firm strategy and business development

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or entertainment representation

  • Deep understanding of brand partnerships, digital media, and creator ecosystems

  • Established brand/agency network

  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset
